To access the full range of Services on 99ba, you must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your Pakistani mobile number. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.
Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the 99ba platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual – whether for the purpose of circumventing a self-exclusion, claiming multiple bonuses, or for any other reason – is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 99ba reserves the right to close all accounts associated with a single individual and to forfeit all balances held across those accounts upon detection of multi-account usage.
Prior to processing any withdrawal from your 99ba account, you are required to complete KYC verification. KYC requires the submission of a valid Pakistani CNIC (National Identity Card), including clear photographs of both the front and reverse sides of the document. 99ba reserves the right to request additional documentation where the initial submission is unclear, inconsistent, or raises concerns regarding identity. Any false, misleading, or fraudulent information provided during registration or KYC will result in immediate account suspension and may result in the forfeiture of any funds held in the account. 99ba reserves the right to share information with relevant authorities where fraudulent conduct is suspected.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 99ba account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time verification codes sent to your registered mobile number. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances.

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting and gaming activities on 99ba. These limits are displayed within each game or market and may vary by product, table, or event. 99ba reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time without prior notice.
Users may set voluntary deposit, loss, and session time limits from within their 99ba account settings. Once a limit is set, it cannot be increased immediately. Where amendments are material, 99ba will provide reasonable notice to registered users via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, or by posting a prominent notice on the 99ba platform. Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
You may close your 99ba account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance subject to no outstanding wagering requirements will be returned to you via your preferred withdrawal method, subject to KYC verification and standard withdrawal processing times.
99ba reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, and to withhold associated funds pending investigation, where there is reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where continued account access would expose 99ba or other users to risk. 99ba will endeavour to notify the account holder of any suspension or closure except where doing so would prejudice an investigation.
